Our Team

Dr. Garcia

Mark Garcia, MD,  is an award-winning vascular and interventional radiologist who received his master’s degree from the University of Illinois and his Doctor of Medicine from Thomas Jefferson Medical College.

He brings with him years of experience in publishing academic articles and research, conducting clinical trials and providing quality care to patients. He has dedicated nearly 30 years to practicing and providing care to the Wilmington Community.

Dr. Myer

Dr. Myers is trained in Nuclear Cardiology and Peripheral Vascular Disease, and is board certified in Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, and is a native Delawarean, growing up in North Bowers Beach.

Dr. Myers also was a minor league pitcher with the Baltimore Orioles and Minnesota Twins.   Dr. Myers, his wife, and 5 children now reside in Lewes.

Dr. Neves

Carlos Neves, MD, received his medical degree from Rutgers University/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey and did a surgical internship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he also completed his Surgical residency. He completed Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey.

Dr. Neves specializes in both open and endovascular (minimally invasive) repair of aneurysm disease as well as carotid artery surgery for stroke prevention. He offers percutaneous or incision-less repair of aortic aneurysms. Other areas of interest include complex lower extremity endovascular reconstructions with minimally invasive procedure with balloon angioplasty, atherectomy and stenting for peripheral arterial disease, complex lower extremity bypass procedures, carotid artery stenting, hemodialysis access, placement and retrieval of IVC filters, treatment of varicose veins and all types of venous disorders. Dr. Neves also received training in the evaluation and minimally invasive treatment for pelvic congestion syndrome.

Dr. Ryan

Sean Ryan, MD, received his medical degree from Rutgers University/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. He completed his General Surgical residency at Christiana Care Health System and completed his Fellowship training in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He spent an extra year of training during surgical residency in a laboratory to work on tissue regeneration and teaching anatomy at the University of Delaware.

Dr. Ryan specializes in both open and endovascular (minimally invasive) repair of aneurysm disease. He offers percutaneous or incision-less repair of aortic aneurysms. Other areas of clinical interest include complex endovascular treatments—balloon angioplasty, atherectomy, stenting—of peripheral arterial disease, lower extremity revascularization (bypass) procedures, carotid artery surgery and stenting, permanent hemodialysis access for end-stage renal disease, placement and retrieval of IVC filters, and the management of the full spectrum of venous disease.

Dr. Caldwell

Kevin Caldwell, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, in Baltimore, in 2011. Dr. Caldwell then completed an intern year in General Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center and, most recently, completed an Integrated Vascular Surgery residency at Southern Illinois University, in Springfield, Ill.
